Introduction

Thank you for undertaking this survey which should take no more than 10 minutes to completeThe first 100 headteachers to complete the survey (from 15/9/2021) will be eligible to receive a £10 amazon voucher. You will need to provide an official school email address at the end of the survey to claim your voucher. 

The survey forms part of a study into leading online learning during and beyond Covid-19 being funded by UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) and led by Dr Jacqueline Baxter at the Open University in collaboration with Professor Alan Floyd at the University of Reading. 

The aim of the project is to explore how secondary school leaders (headteachers) in England are strategically planning for the management of online learning over the next 2 years, and how this builds on current practices within the context of Covid-19 restrictions. Please only complete this survey if you are a secondary school headteacher working in England.

Please be assured that your responses are anonymous. IP addresses are not being collected and you will not have to give your name unless you choose to do so. All data will be handled and stored in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will only be used by us for data analysis and subsequent publications.

This project has been subject to ethical review, according to the procedures specified by the Open University and University of Reading Research Ethics Committees, and has been given a favourable ethical opinion for conduct.
